  • Some items, such as perishable goods and personal care items, are not eligible for return.

  2. Receive Instructions: Our team will provide you with detailed return instructions and the return address.
  3. Ship the Item: Pack the item securely and ship it to the provided return address. Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Refunds

  • Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Exchanges

  • If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.

Damaged or Defective Items
